SNT does not require year long listing agreements. Typically we structure 6-9 month contracts and include inspections and professional photography to every client.
We will never hold a customer in a listing agreement if that person feels like we are not doing our absolute best to meet their needs. We put our customers experience and satisfaction above all else.
